On February 25th, 2019, our firm filed an application to be authorized to bring a class action against Festival Metro Metro. This application seeks to obtain a partial reimbursement for all consumers who suffered damages due to hidden service and delivery fees as well as unilateral modifications of the ticket price.
All consumers in Québec who bought a ticket for the Festival Metro Metro set to happen on May 18th and 19th 2019 and who:
- paid an additional amount for service and delivery fees;
- who paid a price superior to the initial announced price of 170$.

The parties have come to a settlement, which has been approved by the court.
Please note that the refund will be made by cheque, which will be sent within 3 weeks of the end of the state of health emergency.
