On August 6th, 2018, our firm filed an application to be authorized to bring a class action against OSHEAGA Music and Arts Festival. This application seeks to obtain a compensation for our client, as well for as all festival goers, who experienced prejudice and/or inconveniences due to Travis Scott’s late arrival as the headliner of the first day of the festival, on August 3rd, 2018.

All persons who bought a single day pass for August 3rd, 2018 (general admission or gold pass) or a weekend pass (general admission, gold pass or platinum pass) for the 13th edition of OSHEAGA Music and Arts Festival.
Chronology of Events
August 3rd, 2018 : Travis Scott arrives more than an hour late to the opening day of the festival and performs for a mere 38 minutes, making it the shortest performance in the history of Osheaga for a headliner. Thousands of people left the festival site after hours of waiting. Others, who were patient enough to stay around until the rapper arrived, got a performance that was almost cut in half.
August 6th, 2018 : the application to be authorized to bring a class action is filed by our client against Gestion Evenko Inc., also known under the name of OSHEAGA Music and Arts Festival.
